Cancellation Policy

How to cancel subscription plans and one-time orders before access is used.

1. Merchant details

This website is operated by ASRock Studios (legal name), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

2. One-time plugin purchases

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of payment if you have not downloaded the product. Contact [email protected] with your transaction ID.
  • After download access is used, cancellation is not available; see our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Yearly, Lifetime)

  • Cooling-off period: Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if no plugin downloads were made during that period.
  • After cooling-off: You may cancel renewal at any time from My Account (Cancel renewal). Access continues until the end of the paid period; no partial refunds for unused days unless required by law.
  • Subscriptions are manual renewal — we do not auto-debit your card. You choose when to pay for the next period.

4. How to cancel

  1. Subscriptions: Sign in → My Account → Cancel renewal, or email us.
  2. Orders (before download): Email [email protected] with transaction ID within the windows above.
  3. We confirm cancellation by email within 2–3 business days.
