Rules for refunds on digital plugins and subscriptions sold in INR via PayPal.

2. Nature of products

We sell digital downloads (Unreal Engine plugins, kits, and subscription access). There is no physical shipping. Once a download is delivered or accessed, the product cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

3. Refund eligibility & duration

  • Standard window: You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of successful payment, provided you have not downloaded the product from My Library and have not used subscription entitlements beyond a reasonable trial.
  • Duplicate payment: Full refund if you were charged twice for the same SKU/plan by mistake.
  • Technical failure: If we cannot deliver access due to a fault on our side, we will refund or extend access at our discretion.
  • After download: Refunds are generally not available once download access has been used, except where required by applicable law.

4. Refund mode & timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method via PayPal within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are processed only after we verify the transaction ID, Discord account, and download logs. You may be asked for your PayPal transaction reference and registered email.

5. How to request a refund

  2. Include: full name, Discord username, order/transaction ID, product name, date of purchase, and reason for the request.
  3. Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us — we will respond within 2–3 business days.
