2. Website terms of use

By accessing asrockstudios.in (“Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

• Content on the Site is for general information. We may update pages, pricing (in INR), and availability without notice.
• You must not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape checkout APIs, or interfere with other users.
• Accounts are linked to Discord for authentication. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email and Discord unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

3. Purchases & payments

• All prices are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) through PayPal at checkout. The amount shown on the payment gateway is final.
• Product descriptions and current prices are listed on Our Products and individual product pages.
• Access (downloads, Discord roles, subscriptions) is granted to the Discord account used at purchase.
• Subscription plans are time-limited passes with manual renewal unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Chargebacks or payment fraud may result in immediate revocation of access and a permanent ban from future purchases.
• By completing checkout you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and the Plugin License below.

4. Plugin license agreement (products)

Important: When you buy any plugin, kit, or digital product from ASRock Studios, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license — not ownership of the software or source code.

4.1 Grant of license

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased plugin or subscription according to the tier you select at checkout:

4.1a Indie License

One (1) Indie License covers one Discord buyer and one primary Unreal Engine project / studio owned or controlled by you. It is intended for individuals and small teams.

4.1b Seat License (teams / studios)

A Seat License is sold per seat. The number of seats you purchase is the maximum number of concurrent studio users / projects licensed under that order. Sharing beyond paid seats, pooling seats across unrelated studios, or redistributing seat access is prohibited. Checkout multiplies the listed unit price by the number of seats.

4.1c Subscriptions

Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Yearly, Lifetime) unlock the included catalog for the plan term on the purchasing Discord account. At checkout you may choose Indie (one studio seat for the plan) or Seat (plan price × seats). Subscriptions do not transfer ownership of plugin source code; access ends when the plan expires unless you purchase Lifetime or a one-time plugin license.

4.2 Restrictions — you may NOT

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or share the plugin, source code, binaries, or download links — including for free.
• Upload our products to the Unreal Marketplace, Fab, GitHub (public or private forks shared externally), itch.io, Gumroad, Telegram, Discord file channels, or any other store or file-sharing platform.
• Include our plugins in asset packs, template projects, “starter kits”, or white-label products sold or given to third parties.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law explicitly permits and only after written notice to us.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, authorship, watermarks, or branding inside the product.
• Claim the plugin, systems, or code as your own work or register them under your name or company.
• Share one Indie purchase across multiple studios, clients, or Discord accounts. Indie: one buyer = one license = one primary project/studio. Seat licenses must stay within the paid seat count.

4.3 Copyright & intellectual property

All plugins, documentation, art, code, and related materials remain the exclusive property of ASRock Studios and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your payment does not transfer any copyright to you.

4.4 UE engine versions

Downloads are provided for specific Unreal Engine versions listed at purchase. You may not repackage builds for other engine versions and distribute them.

4.5 Updates & support

Updates are provided at our discretion. We are not obligated to maintain compatibility with every future Unreal Engine release unless explicitly promised for your product tier.

4.6 Termination

If you breach this license, we may revoke your access immediately without refund, disable downloads, remove Discord roles, and pursue legal remedies where applicable. Upon termination you must delete all copies of the product from your systems and projects.

5. Refunds & cancellations

Digital products are subject to our dedicated policies:

• Return & Refund Policy — eligibility within 7 days if download not used; refund mode via PayPal.
• Cancellation Policy — order/subscription cancellation windows and steps.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with every project setup. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products.
